El Montseny and us
Both the elegant hotel building and its famous Chapel were built in 1952 commissioned by Delmir de Caralt, a filmmaker, following the style of the traditional Catalan farmhouses.
His passion about nature and hiking brought him to this stunning spot, where he promoted the construction of an intimate Chapel in Neo Romanic style.
This hermitage, is devoted to Saint Bernat de Menthon, Saint Patron of alpinists and mountaineers, who consecrated his life to guide and support those who had to cross the Alps in the s.XI enduring extreme conditions.
We couldn’t be anywhere else. We are Montseny.
